We use the Android Health Connect API on Android and Apple Health API on iOS to access certain health data from your device. This data helps us provide you with the core functionality of the app, such as monitoring your activity levels, identifying your active and passive calorie burn and providing your reminders about being active. We only collect the minimum amount of data necessary for these purposes, and we do not share any health data with any third-party companies or services.

The specific categories of health data we access are:

Steps: We use this data to track your daily steps and calculate distance traveled.
Distance: We use this data to provide you with your total distance traveled.
Total calorie burn: We use this data to estimate your total calorie expenditure throughout the day, including both resting and active energy usage.
Total active calorie burn: We use this data to specifically track calories burned actively.
Floor: We use this data to gather the number of floors you climb throughout the day.

Data Usage and Sharing

We understand the importance of protecting your health and fitness data and take its privacy very seriously. We do not share any of the health and fitness data collected with any third-party companies. The data we collect is used only for the internal purposes of the app, such as providing app functionality and personalization.

Your Control

You have complete control over the data your app accesses through Android Health Connect and Apple Health Connect. You can manage your app's permissions at any time through the settings of Android Health Connect and Apple Health. You can also remove the Android Health Connect and Apple Health as a data provider from the Just Move app's settings any time.

You can request for the data deletion at any time on the info@justmovenordic.dk. We will process your request within 2-3 business days and you will receive an email confirming your data deletion.
